In-person Awards

These are being held at the Women's Business Conference & Awards on 9th October in Scotland, 11th October in South West England, 17th October in the West Midlands England, 27th October in Gauteng South Africa and the 19th October in Wales.

When do entries close?

You can enter the awards throughout the year all the way up to the end of August for the in-person awards and October for the virtual awards. During this time you will be allowed to use your nominee badge and piggy back on all the buzz around the awards.

How are winners selected?

Winners are selected by our judges who will visit your profile and read what people have said about you in the nomination form. You will also be asked to fill in a short questionnaire for the judges and finally you can promote yourself and collect votes.

When does voting begin?

You cannot win on votes alone, see above "How are winners selected?". Voting begins on the 1st September for in-person awards and 1st November for the virtual awards for the whole month. Voting is only open to finalists.

Is there a fee to enter?

There is no fee to enter the awards or nominate someone and you can use the full value of your nomination for free. If you wish to attend the live award ceremony both in-person and online you will need an event ticket, this will take you to the final round which includes voting.

Can I enter multiple awards?

You may enter as many awards as you like but only one award per event ticket, if you wish to enter multiple awards at finalist level you will need multiple tickets.

Can I amend my entry after I have submitted it online?

You cannot amend or change your entry or nomination once it's been submitted.

Who is the judging panel?

The judges consist of the awards sponsors and their teams.

When will the finalists be announced?

You will get instant notification that you are in the final round after the purchase of your event ticket. This will include your finalist badge that you can share on social media, on your website or in your newsletter. Always link back to http://awards.womensbusiness.club

What happens if I am a finalist but unable to attend the Awards Ceremony?

Finalists who are unable to attend the Awards Ceremony for legitimate reasons can nominate a representative to accept the award on their behalf or forfeit if no representative is available.
