Stress is very topical at the moment and so it should be. It is a significant cause of mental, physical and emotional ill health as well as impacting on people's relationships, lives and jobs. It also has a massive impact on the workplace and the economy. Whilst crisis support is essential, I believe a more proactive approach needs to be encouraged. In this workshop, we will explore the meaning of stress and how it affects us as individuals. I will also give some tips on self-care. There will be space for personal reflection as well as some group work.
